I'm based in NYC where it's basically impossible to get in the game unless you have $300k sitting in cash. 

I think it is next to impossible to get the trace meth out of the house wherever they were cooking it.

Make it impossible for folks to leave unregistered vehicles in the parking spots or park 6 cars for a 2 bedroom unit can chase away some of the tenants your not going to want.
