Whatever position you take the seller/seller's attorney is going to take the position that you signed at closing and those funds were accounted for within the closing in some fashion, whether that be through pricing, escrow, etc.

There is also a big horse riding area and national recreational area within 30-45 minutes.

I could just ride out their leases but it worries me.

I did think about properties within a 2 to 3 hours ride from where I live, but there are a couple of reasons why I stopped.
