@Russell BrazilI agree in some situations it could be higherQuestion I have is who is paying it and how will market dictate it.For example right now in some areas a seller will get 10 offers so they could basically be like, screw this I will pay my agent but not the buyers agent and probably still get great offersWill that make any difference ?

Overall I like the program but agree people have too high of expectations and think it's a magical tool that solves every problem.My favorite is when the annual inspection comes through with such detailed line items like "fix door".Literally doesn't tell you what needs to be fixed, what door, etc.

I agree that you can't generally convert passive losses into active losses nor can you turn active income into passive income, but I don't know why you can't pay a related a management fee that would be active income.
