Hi Ethan,Old fashioned pull down roller shades (the blackout variety) don't cost much and go up in an instant.If the oven is mission critical to your lifestyle, you could always ask to break the lease and move.If it were me, I'd ask for a rent concession for the missing oven, but you rented the unit with no shades, so that seems to be on you.Get written approval before installing ANYTHING on the house.
