People with no money, no specialized knowledge, an no license, who are basically trying to hustle-up a living.I find the need for validation in the form of titles a little sad.

The statement is true, but sadly no other landlord has bothered to challenge me.

They are truly masterful at their sales techniques and it was fascinating, if sad, to watch!

Price per sq ft means very little sadly. an 1800 sq ft ranch and a 3600 sq ft colonial will have very similar roof sizes - so replacing the roof does not double in price.

So disgustingly sad to watch our system turn predatory, and see people get failed inspections every time so  they can get an extra $80 on reinspect.

A good property management company is so important for us to be able to be successful.It is very sad that it's extremely difficult to find a good PM in Atlanta in general.

I live in SoCal for the life style & the weather.It's a sad lesson, but many seniors move to a location with a lower cost of living ONLY to discover the rebuilding of social connections, professional services( aka doctors, lawyers) becomes disappointing.
