they are just as well built as any site built home, so I would argue that they are actually better quality because they are built in a temperature controlled environment.

Sure, many may argue otherwise, but they are mostly either newbies that don't have much experience actually doing it and any experience they do have has been over the last year or so in a market where a well trained monkey could make high profits investing in RE or people trying to sell you stuff elsewhere.
