There are people who buy a longer term (12 months or more ) OPTION giving them a RIGHT to purchase a subject property, at a certain price, within a certain amount of time, and attempt to either sell the option for a higher price or close on a simultaneous purchase and sale to an end buyer paying a higher price.

The money will come with any of the skills you acquire for this.My opinion, if she has a lot of time on her hands, already has skills like cold calling, sales/door knocking, etc. she could be in a great position.

i am thinking in setting up an Air AI, for called calling leads and lead generation. was wondering if someone has been using it here and have any feedbacks?
