Is there any goto webpages? 

.- create a webpage for my company-mailers/flyers/door hangers: directly behind my building is a MHP, I have considered hanging flyers on each door of the MHP and offering deals-offering discounts to existing tenants if they refer new tenanty-offering cash to businesses located in the strip center in front of my building-Paying someone to stand on the street with a sign/banner offering deals- pay per customer self storage advertising- I am looking into the cost of these now-social media: I don't do much with Facebook/Twitter/other social media so I don't know how effective I could use these. 

Depends what you want to do, but I used to use the Excel feature to pull stock prices...it pulled from the same spot on the webpage and just refreshed the values.  

@Lily Boudon My advice is, after you sign up for basic webpage subscription, once you could afford seo, build a website. remember it takes 6-12 months before you get 1st, if you get 1st rank, needs to get updates every now and then, but when in marketing, it should be worth it.this is not an expert's opinion, but i have had an outsource website company before.

Also, I like your web page and would like to have my own in the future, did you design that and do you upkeep it?

I feel I should set up a web page, how important is a web site or should I concentrate on getting them to call me for more direct contact?  

But if you have been doing this  a while, there are some other aspects like team building, faster deal cycles, and leveraging more of your leads by structuring other types of transactions not currently doing now that we'd concentrate on.Also, it's hard to see exactly what we do just from a few web pages like Rodney points out. 

Is REI so localized that this web page has made its self irrelevant.

I embedded the php file in my 'template' html file so I get my webpage headers and footers.

I went ahead and took a screenshot just in case the builder decides to change his webpage so we have evidence.
