By the way, the best PM are an individual that is active in every aspect of a city: sports, city hall meetings, and the volunteer aspects of the community....

It's certainly easier if you are able to volunteer your time because you can pick and choose the tasks you want to learn easier. 

I make absolutely no money off of it in any way whatsoever and it is a volunteer effort and a labor of love.

So if you are interested in attending, vote on this post or send a quick reply so i can get a count of interest. we have a coffee shop in the old market willing to donate their space and my wife is going to be the volunteer barista, so there will be no cost for entrance , i just encourage you to get a coffee or a pastry/snack just to help the owner! 

Our membership includes investors in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard County, Polk, Flagler, and the surrounding counties around the Orlando, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, and Melbourne areas.In addition, they're a not for profit organization run by member volunteers.

I couldn't fund it at Velocity as our minimum on commercial is $100k so as a favor, I volunteered to research and find a lender to help this broker.  

If the tenant volunteers it there is no problem. 

For example, he volunteered to hang a spice rack in the kitchen pantry that I have not had time yet to install. 

I've noticed their screening of family members known to the child and parents is not the same as what they require of the other foster care volunteers in regards to bedrooms and other children in the home, etc.
