I believe CA market in general is expected to increase by 4-5% but SF is unique. 

People follow those who have unique takes and are original.

Maybe my experience is unique- maybe not.

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.

What is uniquely complicated about our real estate transactions to justify the higher commissions?

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Does the parcel have unique and challenging characteristics?

I’m curious if the process in NYC is similarly structured, where it’s difficult but feasible to follow through, or if there are unique barriers that make it much harder or even impractical.If anyone has insights or could answer a few questions, I’d really appreciate it!
