I hope that they take any wealth I leave to them (not likely to be a big pile of cash, by the way, more likely to be business and investment assets) and increase it geometrically.Response: I think that’s the ideal thing to do, if you can somehow guarantee that it can be done successfully.Quote: They have many acres of property in California, that have been held for 4 generations and have been offered millions for it by builders.Response: I have never understood why families keep land for generations and never sell it.

first of all i was posting a reply to someones comment and it came up as a new topic thats wy you cant understand it computer glitch/bugs or something dis reguard, Its a verry small error compaired to all the debt that needs to be paid off lets just tend to the bigger picture and pay off the debt wheatie understood it but he didnt know were it came from,i was posting to someones comment and for somereason it came up as a new topic no big deal I took it as if investors didnt like lenders and if so get your money some were else

She is an immigrant, and I'm not sure she would have even understood what a broker/buyer agreement is.The second couple were so young, that they got caught up in the emotions of being "interrogated" by the mortgage broker.I can see how I could have had a "stronger relationship" with them, where they would have turned to me, instead of "running away".

How can I work with the seller so that it is understood that there is no agency involved, and in this case is it legal to collect a commission or finder's fee if the property does sell immediately?
