I believe this varies state by state, but camera's are only allowed in common areas of rental properties such as halls, lobbies, mail room, etc.

Fortunately, he has enough science background to understand how critical this is, if he wants me and our daughter to live through it.The reports of it being more serious in young adults than we had thought have me worrying that I made a mistake to send my teen to the older sib, who works in a critical job that has contact with the public (although now the bank has closed its lobby, and only does transactions drive-thru), and still has some social contact.As for the apartments, if something really needs immediate emergency attention, like the one toilet or a water leak, we have a young and wonderful workman we can call upon.

There is a mini trade show in the lobby that lets you meet service providers.AZREIA also has subgroups, fix and flip and buy and hold, that hold separate meetings for smaller crowds so you could definitely meet people.

One big thing on this duplex is I would imagine that people who own duplexes are their personal residences just send all of their bills and stuff to the property that they want to airbnb that bypass denver rules... you gotta love the hotel industry and their lobbying efforts.
