I do know that it takes a huge, talented team (over 77 team members on our side), a lot of experience and millions...MILLIONS of dollars to pull off doing our volume of 650-750 properties a year and we are extremely efficient at what we do. 

They have tons of tools and there are a lot of widgets for STRs with Wordpress.You can even hire someone easily from one of the many talent sites that can knock it out in a few hours.

You want to make sure that you vet their work and insurance and things like that, but this is a great way to meet new talent. 

It has actually been a pretty good resource, as there are a lot of great and talented folks out there who already work in some capacity in real estate.
