For those of you that have been waiting to see how to JOBS Act plays out with the SEC, this story continues to evolve... kinda like a soap opera.

Now I've been working the financing angle for the past month or so in prep for the 1 year anniversary at the end of November.

Ok, I will put my soap box away.

My wife and I actually have given thought to having a 15 or 20 year wedding anniversary party in Dalmatia, probably Dubrovnik or Split.

The irony of the situation was that my self-employment history, which had just celebrated its two-year anniversary and was more lucrative than the contract position, was not considered at all.

This is just a "soap box" moment...here it goes: Every time someone has told me or alluded to the fact that banks don't behave or process along logical lines, a little, sometimes not so little, mushroom cloud of disgust erupts over my head.

I have used repeated cat litter, then dawn dish soap rubbed in, more cat litter then finally wash it with dawn dish soap.

Wouldn't it be nice to destroy a house short of burning it down on its 28th anniversary and find out you owe nothing to the landlord?
