I've read quite a few books and have watched and listened to countless hours of podcasts and videos over the past couple of months, trying to immerse myself and soak up as much RE investment information as possible.

Willing to soak in any information people have to make the process more automated.

Since you are in Cali, you might want to look elsewhere, but also if you are still learning, find local investors and meetups and soak up the knowledge for now and then start seeing what markets could work for you.

I'm a newbie, soaking up info and education, and want to meet others who have the same energy and ambition.

I’am 24 years old and I would like to network with real estate investors with multiple units it don’t matter if your from the US or out the US I love talking to different people with different backgrounds and different cultures and racists, I’am from flint Michigan so I’am willing to network with anybody from Michigan or out of Michigan, I just love soaking in all of y’all knowledge!!

Not a ton of extra work, but a good excuse to soak an investor for a couple extra bucks.

Most recently I got my license and have been diving into it to soak up as much as possible and using it to learn. 

Soak up everything at your job because the problems they are solving are complicated and too hard for most people so if you are able to do that you will have a great real estate career!
