Does anyone have a guide on where eviction records will be sealed?

Check to see the evaporator/blowers / conduits are leaking cold air from their seals / paths..

@Mark Shelstad - Is there any chance you can inject the crack with epoxy and then do an epoxy coat over the slab to seal it. 

Not Saying you’re wrong, but just a newbie trying to learn lolImagine trying to build everything in a house from scratch and doing so in the right order on budget and on time your first time....when you haven't even replaced a wax seal yet on a toilet.

Do I have to rip off the sealing now to identify any punctured tubing issue?

The tenant says ants have come into the bathroom because there is no sealing/calk between the baseboards and the floor, which is where she says they are coming in. 

Also, larger volume-based investors ARE working on smaller profit margins (from what I've seen).Tracking properties this way isn't a novel idea by any means, but one thing that I've also learned by tracking is that properties DO fall out of contract - by keeping an eye on them I've been able to quickly get another offer in and seal the deal.Finally, as a newer investor, maybe make a point to stop by the property somewhere down the line during rehab and meet the new investors - great way to see what they are doing and make another friend in the process.

Sealed every small opening.

We picked this lock because it has a seal on both sides and the humidity in my market was frying the other locks.We use IGMS for the management and have tested Pricelabs but didn’t have good results with them.
