My long time dream goal would be to buy a condo on the cruise ship the World .. it sails the world constantly you can buy a nice cabin for 1 to 2 million.. and just work from there and that to me would be super cool

You do have to be mindful of the due on sale clause, but on a mortgage balance of that small amount, my guess is that the ship can continue sailing without incident if the change is subtly made and the mortgage is paid without incident.
