If you are purchasing in SF proper or strong markets in the Peninsula/South Bay you should be fine as long as you can afford to ride out any roller coaster.

Nothing too fancy, as the use of paint rollers will add some minor texture.

I am already over the shock and looking at the bright side of an early removal for a bad tenant, but what a roller coaster day after we were so excited about our first rental property!

An ordinary roller wouldn't have helped much with that type of ceiling.

Use the biggest widest roller on swivel casters you can findI think can lights are just a fad but they are fashion these days. 

That proved to be a harrowing roller coaster of a ride, but we prevailed thanks to some unconventional financing and an unexpected card (we didn't even know we had) up our sleeve when our former landlord's son tried to pull the rug out from under us.

We will be in a state of perpetual roller coaster highs and lows that American has never experienced before.

Make your money when you can because it can be a roller coaster.
