They should have some resources and referrals to use to get your feet on the ground and get your first deal done.

ERA is trying to start sending us small referral bonuses but they have not figured out their tracking yet.

And soliciting for buyers or a referral to a buyer.  

I asked my realtor for a PM referral and I talked the PM and he said it sounds like a decent deal and I researched inspectors online and the inspector went and checked it out and he said it had good bones and he said he'd buy it as a rental property.

I then asked Mike if he might have a referral for me to a bank..

Because it is a more complicated process, the exchange fees are higher (around $7K versus $1200) but in the big scheme of things it could be to your benefit.When you speak with the exchange accommodators, ask them for referrals on lenders that can facilitate this, as not all lenders can make this happen.
