The system seem to be doing a positive thing throughout the years.

One thing I can say once I got the system going the business got alot easier, after I automated almost everything I have had the pleasure of rarely going to my airbnb and I am booked 92% of the time, not only did my research pay off I am reaching the numbers I expected and more.

That's great to hear that you're graduating and you want to get into multifamily.I would start off in a commercial real estate firm, learn the systems, the sales/buying process, how to analyze deals etc...

@Scott Suryan we've review REI Nation's processes and met Chris - if we ever did turnkey, we'd model it after their systems!

I figure if they don’t already have Netflix I’ll get questions on how to use it and my systems are all about the least amount of questions.

I'm an IT guy myself and clearly not against automated systems, but that can misguide you if you don't know much yourself.

Build your systems first before you decide to invest though. 

I found this fact sheet which seems to indicate it would be possible to evict the rent stabilised tenants so long as they haven't been living there for more than 15 years or are older than 62 or disabled: https://hcr.ny.gov/system/files/documents/2020/10/fact-sheet... 

I would make sure to have a camera system outside if you have any worries about theft, but I personally think you need at least one exterior photo. 

Stressed with lots to figure out in terms of getting systems in place and making repairs with not much time to get everything done, but I'm confident in the deal.
