I am one of those who comments with distain over all the fake reviews and brand new newbies, flooding the market that he uses for marketing and self promotion purposes.

If you have a large social media following, you can promote your buyer agent.

On Bigger pockets we cant self promote ourselves (its against the rules)To help you in your search: be sure to find an accountant who is willing to grow with you, and is not too high priced fee-wise.

Please don't follow the teachings of all these gurus promoting DMM.It is not the "verbiage" of the marketing material that magically does the trick.It is your ability to show how credible, trustworthy, and competent you are that drives a conversion.The medium itself (mailers) works against you. 

Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.

It is an EXTREMELY high risk investment in an investment promoter.

Its hard to promote your fund leading off with your loss's and these funds can hardly be compared to Buffet . 

I am paid member for both software but don't want to promote them openly :) haha the first is true home valuation software but I guess their most value is finding blocks that have highest potential growth based on past historical performance and ability to forecast up to three years.

When anybody promotes anything to you or refers you to anybody, make sure that they disclose any financial interest they might have when promoting or referring.
