Figure out how to actually analyze property and practice.

In the meantime, I would like to gain experience through employment with an existing real estate or property management company.Is there anyone out there that can provide me with some good advice/guidance as to the best and most practical route to achieve that goal?

I’m also looking for funding opportunities to help me take the next steps toward where I want to go. 

When transferring real estate as a gift, it does not receive a step-up basis, as it does when it has been inherited.

This seems like a much more practical way of "wholesaling" commercial.

Any advice on other wise next steps?

They did have an extra step to make sure that you were the owner of the property, but otherwise it was not bad at all. 

And oh I have heard that about the majority of people not actually practicing. 

-Rent collection and financial management is probably not at the top of the list based on some of the challenges that we hear about, mainly because if you are lucky enough to have solid tenants and low vacancy, this is easy peasy, but if you have some challenging tenants that default on payments, or the possibility of an eviction arises, it can be worth paying a management company to help guide next steps.
