As I discussed on Kevin's podcast, miscommunication is the root of almost all of the problems in my business.

I watched Jim Cramer, the mad money guy, on a crypto podcast / video, and he seems very interested in it at this point - I would not be surprised to hear that he has had a conversation with someone at Fidelity Digital Assets about buying some. 

I was able to connect with a property manager out there through someone I heard on a podcast, and I knew worst case scenario I could have just sold the property if I ended up not liking long-distance 

I'm a brand new investor, have binge listened to every podcast, read the books, and am ready to GO!!

Listen to podcasts like the BP Rookie Podcast because they interview all newer people to the business so almost everything will be relevant for you.

Spend some time visiting podcasts, articles, websites they've been on.

I find myself lucky that I came across the BiggerPockets podcast a few days ago and now stumbled across this community. 

This video below has the best explanation I've seen, even though the podcaster is still a fan boy.
