@Drew Hittner same thing in my market Only invest for cashflow so I agree take the plunge.

He is being provided all promises in his lease.As for the clogged drain and toilet, again is it landlord's responsibility to plunge the toilet or drain-o his drains, per his lease?

Hi Everyone, after years of thinking about getting into investing I've decided to take the plunge and get started.

So I'm about to take the plunge into a STR in Florida (Disney area); this will be essentially a second (winter) home that I hope to fill up in the times that I'm not using it, mostly March-December.
