They both had good intentions and I have personally seen the inner workings of the business in attempting the "Done for you" model.

For finding my first properties, word of mouth and local networking worked well, plus reaching out to hosts on Airbnb with personalized messages.When pitching, focus on how you’ll add value (like boosting reviews or optimizing pricing) and avoid coming off too salesy.

Personally, I believe it's preferable to have stricter requirements and wait for a qualified tenant.

I've heard good things, but not personally worked with them. 

Instead of being discouraged by a property that doesn’t quite meet your needs, why not see it as a chance to personalize and add value right from the start?

Hopefully they do or your personal insurance covers them.

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.

That said, the construction is slowing, and I believe Huntsville’s population growth will make this a good investment over 10+ years.
