Especially if one of those tenants works in the Frontline or is elderly.

I am fairly confident that my value exceeds what I pay my electrician, plumber, or handyman (no offense to all of my tradesmen friends BTW).Fast forward to the end:  This is just one agent's perspective, but my budgeted "shop rate" is $120 per hour. 

However since you said you don't exactly care if its 100% legal or not then you are always free to do whatever you want, you just have to be prepared to suffer the legal consequences when someone takes offense.  

We plan on providing no personal information in-case the home owners find it offensive for some reason.

Its good for you can campaign to a prospect for a year or more, but bad because these attorneys are just running up hugh bills in legal fees (sorry no offense).

So thank you for agreeing with me that that assumption, is offensive.

If you don't know all of this stuff, which no offense, is the very basics, what on earth did you due diligence on?

I majored in entrepreneurship at Baylor University and it helped tremendously in how I run my investment business, but otherwise in getting a career it was limiting as it is viewed as a general business degree.No offense to Real Estate Agents as well - I am one lol.Just my two cents.I hope this helps.Leon
