Ill be looking into it further and i may have found a few holes in their armor but likely a bigger issue im able to take on at the moment.

I can't help but wonder if this was a hole in the plan, or perhaps that client had not followed instructions or something.I know that people are more likely to write bad reviews than good, so usually I'd take it with a grain of salt but it got me worried.

You hear the stories of cement in the toilets and holes in every wall simply because those are the outliers.  

If removing the bars, get shutters length of rectangular portion of windows that match door, should cover any holes in the brick left from removal. 

A great property can turn into a money hole with a bad manager.There are plenty of articles written about states to avoid.

Most of the time it's a scenario where they take a photo (And mark it with a red box in the actual report) of a quarter sized hole on the siding of the house and make a request like "Structural engineer needed for further inspection" lol.

Don't fall into the hole of drinking a lot of alcohol.

I've had such bad experiences in the past with dogs in a different fully furnished short term rental where we originally allowed dogs-- swimming in a decorative pond and disconnecting the filter, killing the koi, chewing up a couch and other soft furnishings, scratching a newly installed hardwood door and ruining the finish, digging giant holes in the yard and landscaping.... thousands of dollars of damage, really, in a very short time, which is why I have a strict no pets policy, and am particularly nervous about dogs on the property.
