Phone number is disconnected.

I purchased it as part of a deal to move my mobile home off my homesite.

The listing agreement would include within the commission property photos, a set number of “door-opener” tours, some hours of phone/Zoom consultation with a licensed agent to set a listing price and discuss offers, counter-offers, and closing mechanics.

However, several random websites still have my original listing with the $30,000 price as an active listing and my phone number. 

Yes lots of moving pieces and honestly, I have NO clue how this gets settled - but what I have  a CLUE on is I have the rolodex of attorneys who I can pick up the phone, call and understand this process and know what questions to ask to understand the risk - such as - what if we petitioned the probate court to use an independent 3rd party (if we buy it)....

Get on the phone with the GCs that comment and have a good list of vetting questions/see pictures of their past projects.
