The 46218 zip code, specifically Martindale-Brightwood and then Near Southeast were a couple places that caught my eye as more affordable with good cash flow opportunity while still being B- neighborhoods.

I know they could have been pulling the wool over my eyes, but it was only 3 days and I wasn't going to make a stressful situation worse.

Stocks haven't performed as well in the last 20 years as they have historically from 1950-2000 and the valuations especially on newer companies is eye watering.

And remember, sometimes a new set of eyes can make all the difference.
