I get what your saying that raising awareness could hurt, but I also don't think a management company should just pocket 7k a year for planting some flowers because of fear that raising awareness might cost me more. 

It will basically be a red eye though because my wife and I are having our third daughter on like the 29th of July and my daughters are the flower girls.

A great deal attracts cash buyers as bees are attracted to flowers :)Seriously, I've flipped houses to other investors and there isn't a great deal that I didn't sell quickly.

For example, you can light candles to make it smell good, put towels on the racks in the bathroom, or put a vase of flowers in the kitchen. 

If it is indeed such a great cash flower, why do you want to try to add value in  a poor town with little/no appreciation?  

I'm curious as to what is considered "supplies" or "cleaning and maintenance" and also if I need to depreciate.Each year I purchase a lot of mulch and annual flowers for my rental. 

Is a street with well manicured lawns and flowers a good street?
