It looked like the new aggregator worked initially, but now won't sync though fails to report there's a connection issue.

We walked away from a new build last fall because we could already see issues and the sellers ended up getting us a pre-inspection report that said there were serious issues with drainage and foundation.

Is it reasonable/expected to ask the seller to provide all their income/expense reports.
