I'll be increasing the rent when the contract renews, as well as refinancing.I bought another house in Eastern NM, which I currently live in.I am looking to purchase additional properties in my area.Full Disclosure: My mother is a realtor with Keller Williams in Maryland, and I am using her for referrals and advice.

I don't know things in your area as much but ones that I know that aren't too far are the Eastern MA REIA in Taunton, The South Shore REIA on the Cape, @Mike LaCava 's meetup in Plymouth and I believe there is a REIA meeting in Providence.

You should check out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham, there is also the Boston Area REIA in Medford, being in Quincy the Eastern Mass REIA meetings in Rockland and Taunton would be pretty easy for you to get out to.
