I've recently endured a eminent domain settlement and have to re-invest the monies via 1033 into something.I'm looking at a 24 unit apt complex here in CO.

I'm somewhat of an expert in "virtual real estate" owning over 1500 domain names, but I'm finding this very different.

In the event of eminate domain, the property is appraised.

The whole .org thing shouldn't be as convincing as it is because in reality you can simply buy a domain that is a .org and there isn't any sort of verification.So I imagine they took a template of an online school/certification based site and REI'd it.

Looking for new plans to revitalize poor and under-developed areas of a community, taking the property through immenent domain if necessary and bulldoze the war zone!

Go to www.godaddy.com and play with domain names...mami&davebuyhouses.commamibuyshomes.comIf you can find a "cutesy" one that is easy to remember... register it, then use that same tag to get an email address from one of the free providers.When you have the domain and the e-mail address to receive, then get business cards.At that point you will have the contact info required for the card and you can get a website later.It's not about having a card, it's about establishing an identity long term.Go on the internet and download a business plan template...
