It was purchased last thursday, but i have not had a chance to post it.we have been waiting for this for about a year. it was listed at 75k, i gave them a 67 or a 68k offer, they accepted, but then we found out that it was a short sale between 2 banks. so, the deal went into a cave and we didn't hear back much. then in november, they came back and said, "our bottom is 80k, do you still want it?"

I crawled and wiggled my way to the hole and could visibly see a place where the roof caves in as if something fell through there.

I'm delighted to meet like-minded people.

If the buyer wants the home, they should cave.

Seller's team went in and patched the cracks and verified there was no bowing or caving of the wall.

Sometimes when you walk in, it is like a cave, but you can see 4 or 5 employees messing with their phones.

At my second duplex Inhad bats, roof caving in, break ins, drug overdoses, and many other issues.

I don't feel good about this, but they are great long-term tenants with a delightful little girl, whom they want to enjoy watching puppies come into the world.As background, I decided after too many bad dog experiences to no longer accept dogs on this property, but that was after this family got their dachshund.

Most with a true service animal are delighted to brag about their dog's special skills (seizure or low blood sugar detection, balance, etc).
