I just had some dumb@@@ whole selling company that has wasted my time for about 3 months and then I found where they had on Craigslist asking like 19,000 when I thought they were buying it".To add some whip cream to this treat I get a response from the wholesaler the next day saying he would add me to his buyers list. 

And could even raise bees (sell the very expensive honey), goats (goat cheese and goat milk are HOT items right now.

vanity lights - $30. we use realist beige color, people still love it. we pretty can't rent a house if it's white/off white/cream. it looks like an apartment and people are turned off. once you put color, it goes immediately.

We pre-ordered some wine and a cheese tray so we are asking everyone to contribute $15 if they would like to consume the treats.

as you age like a fine wine or moldy cheese you come to appreciate note income and NNN income and well anything that keeps you from dealing with the day to day of tenants lives..

Our commercial landlord at my W-2 presented our office with a beautiful fruit, cheese (smoked fish/meats) tower yesterday.
