It's a cool idea but run the numbers in the BP STR calculator and see what the difference in the income is as well. 

Stay cool, wait it out and then do what you need to do.

Temporary orders are cool...but if you are stationed somewhere for 1 year or more...that would mean we would need to wait until our next duty station.

At the same time, we're seeing appreciation cool down a bit.

One thing that would be cool is provide feed for short stays.

For example, single-pane windows can make heating and cooling more expensive compared to double-pane windows.

I had my plane at Thermal for an entire winter and did a lot of the socal airports Catalina ( very cool) the most south I got I think was Borrego Springs..

@Darrell KirbyRead the agreement - what is title company, their agent etc saying also some states have a 3 day cooling off period on certain purchases which could be canceled during that time.
