If you were to remove your listing form their platform you'd be doing much less. trust me, i've contemplated removing myself as well due to poor experience with their support but it did not make business sense. roll with the punches.

I am contemplating to using if this is good strategy.I am thinking of doing a refi 30years in an investment property and do a cash out and do a refi cash out on a Vacation property that was bought for cash and rehabbed and then apply a combined lumpsum payment to my primary home that I am paying a good amount in interest $1200 and there by increase equity and get a heloc open for use for the next coming investment.

I was fortunate enough to purchase a home via seller financing with pretty sweet terms... 35 year amortization at 4.04%.4 years down the road and now the original property owner (now owner of note) is needing a large sum of money and I am contemplating closing out the note at a discount.
