Vendors used to create and manage campaigns?

When he was two, we could not pass a for sale sign on a lawn without him campaigning to go "walk the property".At three we gave him a piggy-bank ... or, rather, a cow-bank called "Moolah the Money Savvy Cow" {NFI} which has four compartments: Save, Spend, Donate, & Invest and started teaching him about  these different ways he can use his money.  

I'm about to send out my first direct mail marketing campaign and have a question about the earnest money deposit.Let's say I write the title company a check for 1k for the EMD and then I assign the contract to my end buyer. 

Now I know what I need to do, to prepare for my next campaign.

So, lets say we go to the courthouse, acquire a list of prospects, and send a mass direct mail campaign. 

I will look into those zipcodes, I am currently narrowing down zipcodes also, because I am looking to build my list to start my direct mail campaign.

Have you run a targeted direct mail campaign for 3-6 months?
