@Diogo Candido i'm definitly up for a good challenge ;) Looking at what is in the market already, it seems we would need to "build" some kind of 4 or 5 star hotel but ready for seniors.Then we would have two options:1) find an operator to run the assisted business who would be our tenant (not the seniors) and pay us a rent;2) manage the property and the assisted business;At this point in my life, i would be only interested in number 1).

Basically could say im a street kid who abandoned all the ******** and people from that life two decades ago and I desired more and achieved it both in monetary and goodness.

You might be shocked by the amount of toilet paper some people use for their "functions" and some of the fancier stuff does not disintegrate as easily.Personally, I cannot remember a single place I've ever stayed in my life - STR, hotel, whatever - that I can remember liking or disliking the toilet paper.

Imagine what your life would look like if you had held onto all that real estate from 20-30 years ago.

I life in Portugal and here there are so  many houses that can be flipped.

Just saying it is just a speculation doesn’t make you go anywhere in life.

So invest in some kind of real estate like apartments that need heavy lift and get the bonus.Otherwise life settlement partnerships can also give you big deduction year 1.
