BACKGROUND: Bought a property SUBJECT 2 an existing 1st lien (lets say serviced by Shellpoint) years ago.

We've been running for over 4 years now and have multiple agents from different brokerages and backgrounds in our community.

It should look like a square document with white background and a lot of boring words. 

A little background to start out because I'm feeling a little scatterbrained with the directions to take next: I'm 23 and currently own 2 duplexes with gross income just shy of $4k per month, net after mortgages, taxes, utilities, repairs, etc. is about $2,125 give or take depending on the month.

I have a background in project management and marketing, which I hope will help me navigate this space as I grow my knowledge. 

Credit score is acceptable, he has no evictions, have enough income to cover rent comfortable. but then i am here as it's useful to learn from others experience for this kind of profile and background that I have no experience with.   

Hey @Lee Burns - I might have a guy for you...Can you please provide us with a bit more background on your game plan and your understanding of how foreclosures and receiver's liens work in Chicago?

Should I try to do a background check on possible tenants or let a company do it?
