I see the atmosphere through out the day because of the work I do, would it be easier to buy a MFH in a class D or C(less competition) area compared to an A or B, if i'm just looking for cash flow.

Most investors have an over-arching idea that Turnkey means completely renovated (and our minds say completely means a brand-new house), all permits were pulled, a super-professional team and atmosphere with a brick and mortar office, a professional property management company, etc...  

Most property managers will want to work for professional management companies my assumption (please I don't mean to offend anyone) was that if the owner started his own in-house he was too cheap or a control freak either way I didn't want to work in that atmosphere (I know there are great in-house companies out there too).

Are city/state leaders creating a growth friendly atmosphere?

Tebow may be a fine upstanding young man, but the media attention has created a circus atmosphere around his name.This whole Tebow phenomena is utter nonsense.Just goes to show the mentality of media today.

Basically RC creates an atmosphere where landlords can no longer give any leeway to tenants. 

However, I believe this is offset by the atmosphere and the town being located in a central spot on the gulf side.

I'm sure someone is succeeding in this atmosphere.
