The #1 reason I see people fail is that they FAIL to accommodate for maintenance cost.

The service is radically different as they are significantly more accommodating, and some areas here have a discount level that you can only get in the office/in-person.

Bigger agencies more likely would accommodate this.

America house hacking also encourages minimalism because we would not all need the large houses on every block to accommodate.
