I know this is a complicated building mechanically, however I have no clue what to expect in a yearly contract for a management company. 310,000 sq ft. (1) Property Manager(1) chief engineer(1) Lead Engineer(1) General Maintenance EngineerAll vendors and contracts are to be handled by management company.

Under me reports 1 Senior Engineer, 1 Bookkeeper (to report billing and funds control), 1 Office manager (to report acquisitions and closing), 1 Plant Manager, 1 Chief Mechanic, 1 Purchasing Assistant.

Then again I really don't have extra money so I may not have a choice.I am not sure it is worth buying in my town because appreciation is horrible (Syracuse).  

I am currently serving active duty in the military as a helicopter crew chief.

After multiple go-around with the city(mayor, fire chief, city admin) I am being told I will be responsible for upgrading the city water lines or will need to install a water tank on my property.My contention is that it is their responsibility to have an adequate infrastructure to support the ordinance that they passed.Any references to an attorney would be appreciated
