The leasing or rental of units in those two family homes in which the owner occupies one apartment of that home as his residence is not covered by this law unless: The homeseeker or renter is a recipient of public assistance or housing subsidy; or,The leasing or rental process utilized the services of a person or organization whose business includes engaging in residental real estate related transactions; or,The availability of such unit is made known by making, printing, publishing, or causing to be made printed or published any notice, statement, or advertisement with respect to the rental of such a unit that indicates any preference limitation, exclusion or discrimination based upon race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, children, marital status, handicap, veteran status, or public assistance or housing subsidy recipiency.The following text is effective 07/01/93  

You can take it to staples or someplace and have them print you a large format version.Also I like theses atlases for getting around; but they might not be big enough for what you want and i dont think they include a street index.

So I started with making a few play around business cards on vista-print.

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing.

This is just the construction costs, with blue-prints, lawyer fees, surveys, etc., usually gets pushed up to $110/sq.

I am going to print and post flyers on campuses if the showings don't come through today.

They have a newsletter full of content that you can customize with your contact info, and print off and distribute.Then, I would pick an area that you want to farm. start small, and add additional sections as money becomes available.If you are really eager, and ready to work for it, print off the most recent comps of your farm area (or the newsletter as mentioned above), and go walk the neighborhood. 

Print them out and read, highlight and note them up as needed. 

Pay close attention to the fine print and proceed with caution.

Everything should be electronic and accessible, so you can print it.
