Go, Go, Go ahead and sell your real estate if you are a professional "crypto" or stock trader or have a special trade where you can get higher returns based on your skill, experience, and knowledge!

RE Wholesale Trader: is AN INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY who acquires property and places it under contract with the Intent to Assign or Wholesale to another Investor who usually will rehab the property. ( typically can earn anywhere from 5k to 25k per deal ).RE Banker: is an Individual or Company who acquires property with the intentions to buy and rehab it.

AND..... trouble here is I AM an active trader and investor in "the market", so I know 1st hand how the market HAS actually been going DOWN, significantly so, to the point of being called collapsing at some points, for the last many weeks consecutively.

He was a day trader.

In my master mind group, I have successful former traders, sales people, investors with stock investing experience, etc.

Maybe you broaden your vision and instead of being a "BRRRR and flipper" you are a real estate investor or (even better) a trader. 

REALLY REALLY depends on where you are. in many places (Wisconsin for ex) it's more like 2%.

I dont think we will ever see rates like that again, but knowing how to navigate waters like that will definitely help when fed fund rates hit something like 5%.When learning to trade stocks, ETFs, Bonds, and Forex I found a lot of truth in the contrarian side of the "story".
