Seriously though, we own 17 rental units; a five plex, a four plex and a house with 6 cabins on a single property in Eastern Washington.

REI is like anything else in life IMO there are no magic pills & no shortcuts there is success to be had and wealth to be built but it typically doesn't happen overnight and isn't sold at a conference or on an infomercial for $99.95.

I was searching online for REI conferences for women and came across KAYO Conference Series Women's Real Estate Summit.

I would say a conference call or a group text to at the minimum to set up the hand off, then take it to one on one after that. 

Is the property in South Eastern, Ct by any chance?
