Hey Everyone,I currently have a 2 bed / 2 bath townhome in the 85031 area of Glendale, just north of Grand Canyon University.

How does everyone handle cleaning the bedding during turnovers?

More beds the better!

Last week, she called saying that the kitchen flooring has holes in it and she tried to put tape on it but now shes dealing with a pest situation and they are going in those holes.

I'm looking for a roommate for the Garden View with 2 double beds, or whatever is the most economical with separate beds.

Like, they didn't clean the home or change their bed sheets for months type of mess.

I'm looking at 1 bed apartments (near the theme parks). $300k budget.
