I have no idea why, it seems obvious to me that things wear out over time, and especially with most being aware of depreciation I have no idea why there is a disconnect as to where depreciation stems from. 

We are selling properties first come first serve. 

We are in a tiny town about 36 miles south of Coeur d'Alene Idaho.

Once we are debt free we want to hit the ground running to avoid, "paralysis by analysis" as @Nathan Gesner mentioned. 

I think that we are in a "What can you do that is really hard?"

Well, we are getting into the cold months and without going into too much detail, it's become extremely scary to talk with them and try and amicably handle requests.

Money saved is money earned.There is more, but I think I'm (we are) off topic.
