I use the exact same grey for all walls, same white for all Ceilings and same for the trip.

., i do not manage them, but all expenses and bills are paid by each property ( their own expenses, no commingling ) when i travel to them the trip is deductible from that properties llc.

It's a big deal to buy your first property out of state - why isn't it worth a trip out there? 

This trips up a lot of investors

It's not worth the 1/2 hour  to hour trip (one way)  to go look at a potential deal, then crunching numbers, then spend another hour on all the paperwork required to submit an offer in writing on a MLS deal. 

My wife and I did an Adventure Elopement, where we took a road trip up to Montana with an Adventure Elopement Photographer and got married on Glacier Mountain.

Looking to take a trip down in late Feb / March to first get a feel of the city.What are some of your favorite neighborhoods?
