I'm sure there are some who can find deals in this market, but i have yet to find any homes close to being able to cash flow sufficiently in the last 3 years after literally going through hundreds or maybe thousands of mls, zillow or other online house listings. 

As with any/all information you see online, this is my system and what works for me.

one thing I like about this it keeps me up to speed on the REAL laws not the hearsay you get on line ..

Hello everyone, I'm doing land acquisition in the Austin area for spec home builds among other projects and was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions for wholesaler lists online?

I'm looking for units of 60+ doors and I cannot figure out where to find these online.

This was an online auction purchase at a great price. 

They do show up in the Calculator Report you see on-line under the Rehab Period Tab. 

Depending on your state there is a contracts online.

A few read here, but face to face REIAs are where we find the most value.FWIW I've bought about 12 deals off auction.com on-line auctions.
